Prof. Dr. Abdul Mannan Sarker (অধ্যাপক ড. মোঃ আব্দুল মান্নান সরকার) is a highly experienced Diabetologist and Endocrinologist, currently serving as Coordinator & Senior Consultant in Diabetology & Endocrinology at Evercare Hospital Dhaka. He completed his MBBS from Chittagong Medical College in 1981, followed by a Diploma in Endocrinology & Metabolism (DEM) in 1992 and MD in Endocrinology in 1996, both from BIRDEM General Hospital — one of Bangladesh's premier institutions for diabetes and endocrine care. Over his distinguished career, Prof. Sarker has held senior leadership roles including Head of the Department of Diabetology & Endocrinology at Shaheed Shaikh Abu-Naser Specialized Hospital, Head of Department at Dhaka Medical College and Hospital, and Head of Department at Rangpur Medical College. He has also served internationally as Senior Specialist/Consultant with the Ministry of Health, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, at King Fahad Central Hospital and King Fahad Specialist Hospital. With over four decades of clinical experience in managing diabetes and hormonal disorders, Prof. Sarker now consults patients at Evercare Hospital Dhaka, Bashundhara, bringing internationally seasoned expertise in diabetes and endocrine care to patients in Dhaka.
